Booking Terms and Conditions
(except for online bookings)

For bookings of 3 days or more and bookings for 2 or more rooms
a deposit of 25% of the total amount due is required to secure dates.

There are 2 options of payment.
1. by euro cheque by post.
2. by sterling cheque by post, which is held until your arrival date and
then returned to you, so the full amount can be paid in euros.

Cheques made payable to G.C.Albers and posted to:
La Pierre Plantee, Bazalgue, Baladou, 46600, Lot, France.

The deposit is refundable as long as 10 days notice of cancellation
is given before required booked dates.

Bookings are provisional until confirmed and a deposit is paid.

Persons booking must be over 18yrs of age.

The remaining balance or any payments are due at the end of the booked period
or stay in either euro cash or euro cheque.
